My legs are sore. My arms are sore. My abs are sore. My butt is sore. My chest is sore and yet…

I still worked out today! 

No pain, no gain! 

3 days is all I’ve done so far of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I LOVE IT! 

Nothing honestly feels better than knowing that you actually worked out for the day and you don’t have to worry about coming home later to do it.

Now I am off to get ready and go out to dinner with my sister, brother and my brothers girlfriend, who I also love so dearly !

Hopefully there will be some healthy choices!

I just made the most DELICIOUS White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies!

They were soft. and delicious. and totally amazing.

They were also VEGAN, WHOLE GRAIN AND HEALTHIER!

80 calories each.

4.5 g each (healthy fats from the macadamia nuts)

1 g of fiber

1 g of protein

and if you are currently following Weight Watcher they are also only 2 points each! 

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

O.M.G! This DARK chocolate milk I bought that’s by Natrel is absolutely AMAZING!

It tastes like dark chocolate, it’s creamy, it’s rich and it’s healthy- in moderation! 

SO. FRIGGEN. GOOD!

I am SO friggen happy that I went and worked out!

I honestly was going to skip it and just go shower and to bed but then I kept thinking “you’re gonna regret it tomorrow if you don’t work out” Low and behold, I went to workout and THANK GOD I DID! 

I feel amazing, definitely missed this <3
