- I’m sore all over
- My legs feel like they are going to fall off
- I’m on my time of the month
- I have cramps like no tomorrow
- I’m tired
- I have bruises everywhere and my legs feel like lead
BUT I’m going to workout anyways because a week from now when I’m off my time of the month and I’m not so sore I will regret not doing this workout PLUS I book off this day from work every month and if I want to get skinnier I’m going to have to WORK for it!
So whenever you feel unmotivated or even right now if you don’t want to workout, look at my above checklist and see that things could be worse!

I haven’t eaten since about 6 pm last night, it’s now 2:45 pm the next day and I just don’t feel hungry. No stomach pains, no cramps, no stomach growling, no desire to eat at all.
Does this ever happen to you or am I just crazy?
So far in 2013, for my fitblr journey I have:
- Fully paid for my year long gym membership
- 1/2 way paid for 2 months of personal training sessions
- joined Weight Watchers to help me with my nutrition
- have been 7 months Vegetarian (with the occasional fish but very rare) and
- I have fully downloaded all of my fitspo pictures/ quotes/ before and after pics and quick workouts that you see all over tumblr to both my cellphone and my Ipod
- I also purchased new workout clothes, gym bag, locks and shoes to be even more motivated to go to the gym.
I hope everyone’s 2013 and fitblur journey is so far going as good as mine. I love you all lovelies.

Just told my family that I lost 2 lbs, they were happy and supportive! I made a slight joke saying I had 100 lbs left to lose and my brother turns and says “actually only 98 lbs”
really? did you actually just say that?
Today I worked out to Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and I only stopped about 2 times to catch my breath for 5 seconds!
When I first started, like a week or 2 ago, I had to stop halfway through every.single.sequence and it got me really unmotivated. Now though, I only stop 1-2 times just to get a drink of water and I LOVE it.
The feeling of knowing that you’re getting stronger and she’s not lying when she says that is absolutely incredible.

No pain, no gain!
3 days is all I’ve done so far of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I LOVE IT!
Nothing honestly feels better than knowing that you actually worked out for the day and you don’t have to worry about coming home later to do it.
Now I am off to get ready and go out to dinner with my sister, brother and my brothers girlfriend, who I also love so dearly !
Hopefully there will be some healthy choices!
